diet

  • no seafood as a moral obligation and personal choice / preference long before my ed
  • daily fasting period from 9pm to 9am
  • water fasts on mondays
  • 1000 cal limit; high res
  • lots of snacking
  • i actually really like food and trying new foods and stuff like that, but i don’t like being fat more than i like food so
  • i hate cooking bye (i can read instructions on a box tho)
  • i faint easily and have trouble regulating my breathing while exercising so i like to avoid it
  • 4.5k steps minimum daily monday thru friday
  • most cals burned by doing a shitload of uphill walking among other things
  • i don’t do much aside from that rlly. lots of walking
